This item is made to order and require AT LEAST 3 working days to process. In the cases that order volumes are high (holidays especially), processing times can take up to 3 weeks. This does not include shipping time. Please be mindful of standard shipping duration prior to placing an order.

Shipping in U.S.
U.S. shipping is free for orders over $100. All orders are (in most cases) shipped within 14 business days of purchase. Every item is made to order and it does take a couple of days to make acrylic items. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email. We will also be keeping track of the order as well. If there are any issues with the shipping process, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for what happens to the package once it is taken by USPS. If your package is lost in transit this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may need to reach out to USPS directly for assistance.
Shipping Time (In the U.S.)
We ship purchases within 14 days of the order being placed. This may not always be guaranteed if external factors, such as weather, order size or time of order delay the shipping time. In the case that there is an order influx, please allow an additional 2 weeks. We are a team of two people working as quickly as possible. We do ship to most countries outside of the U.S., however we have encountered issues with shipping to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. International delivery can take between a week to four weeks depending on the location.

Regular priced items
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We replace all damaged non-clothing and non-bag items within 30 calendar days of purchase. If this is the case, you must email us detailing the damage incurred along with photos. If your item is damaged after 30 calendar days, it is not eligible for replacement.
After we receive your item and recipt, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, any order purchased from the sale or discounted category cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns and exchanges?
We accept exchanges only. We do not accept returns. We are happy to give you an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original package and in original condition.
We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. All shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
