Refund Policy

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. Refunds can be requested under the following conditions:

  • You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
  • Refunds are only available for:
    • Items that were incorrectly sent (e.g., wrong size or style).
    • Items that arrived damaged.
  • We do not offer refunds for preorder items.
    • Preorders are produced based on the exact quantity ordered to avoid overproduction and minimize waste.
    • Please ensure you are confident in your preorder purchase before completing your order.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

We’re only able to accept returns when there’s been an issue on our part. Returns are eligible if:

  • Items are unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The wrong size or item was sent due to an error on our side.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date by contacting us.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to assist with exchanges so you can find the perfect fit! Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different size (subject to availability).
  • If the size you’re requesting is sold out, we will not be able to process the exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
  • Items must be in their original unworn condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Please Note:

  • We are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

Route Insurance

If you purchased Route Insurance at checkout, you’re covered for items damaged during transit.

If you didn’t purchase Route Insurance but received the wrong item or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll assist you right away.
